Advanced spectral flares against IR heat-seeking missiles
SPARCS-FLARES™ spectral flares protect aircraft against the most advanced air-to-air and surface-to-air heat-seeking missiles in the modern battlefield. The flares are used on a wide range of fixed wing aircraft and helicopters.
SPARC-2 is a unique flare with two half-size pellets designed to enhance aircraft protection by loading double the number of flares in every dispenser. Featuring excellent high energetic properties, the flare effectively defeats both advanced and earlier generation threats.
Combat-proven protection against new-generation threats
SPARCS-FLARES™ spectral IR decoys have a combat-proven record against the threat of advanced infrared heat-seeking missiles with dual-band target discrimination. The flares are in operational use worldwide, including the Israeli Air Force (IAF). Reliable and effective, SPARC-2 is fully compatible to fit all Western dispensing systems such as ALE 40/47, WIZARDS and others. The flare has a double shot squib operated by two voltages.
