Compact ASW Performance TRAPS (Towed Reelable Active Passive Sonar) is a family of variable depth, active passive sonars. BATS is a high power, low frequency dipping sonar system purpose-built by GTI specifically for operating from small to large unmanned surface vessels (USVs). BATS is designed for littoral operations and deep water as part of a multistatic system for defence and surveillance.

C-BASS is a novel family of very low frequency (VLF) electrodynamic sound projectors. These powerful electrodynamic projectors are less expensive, lighter, smaller, more efficient, and have a broader bandwidth than their peers. C-BASS makes possible applications that were previously impractical. GeoSpectrum offers a wide range of standard C-BASS configurations with operating frequencies ranging from below 10 Hz up to 3 kHz and maximum source levels that exceed 200 dB re 1 µPa @ 1m. Our finite element analysis and modeling tools and significant build experience enable us to customize C-Bass designs to customer specifications. The omni-directional C-BASS can be used individually or in arrays to produce high-power sources with or without directivity. C-BASS are offered as stand-alone transducers for customer integration or as a GeoSpectrum-provided system that can include VLF amplifiers, pressure compensation, signal controllers, tow bodies, deployment cables, and winch systems.

The M670 HMS provides surface ships with concurrent, high-performance active and passive sonar capability for the detection, classification, tracking, and localization of underwater targets. It allows the detection of submarines, torpedoes, and mid-water mines and obstacles. Its compact form enables integration in a wide variety of new or upgraded naval vessels. M670 HMS cost-effectiveness makes it a wise and affordable choice for navies seeking a high-performance ASW capability for open-sea as well as littoral environments. Sonar processing is performed by GeoSpectrum’s sensor agnostic RecView system providing flexible waveforms and optimal detection performance and enabling seamless integration with additional ASW systems such as towed array sonar and sonobuoy processor

The M660 HMS is a high-powered, active/passive, long range ASW sonar for in-service and future naval vessels. Completely custom built to meet your requirements, our system maintains the ability to be customized for multi roles after installation with simple software updates. This flexibility keeps this sonar on the cutting edge as compared to other options on the market. Our M660 has a customizable transmission frequency range and the ability to electronically conduct both vertical and horizontal beam steering. Not only does this provide the capability to detect submarines, but the sonar's high frequency and beam steering ability also provides the capability and fidelity to detect moored mines.
