Naval surface gun with electro-optical fire control system
As the latest-generation naval armament system developed by Elbit Systems, the 30mm NSG is integrated with an in-house electro optical fire control system (EOFCS) that is comprised of a highly stabilized Electro Optical Director (EOD) mounted on the main mast and the Fire Control System (FCS). The 30mm NSG with EOFCS encompasses advanced electro-optics, providing the high firing accuracy required to deliver reliable, high-performance naval firepower.
High-performance firepower
The Naval Weapons Station is designed for firing on high-rate moving and stationary targets. Part of a comprehensive FCS for naval applications, the advanced, precisely stabilized EOFCS provides effective
day, night and all-weather operations. In addition, the independently stabilized EOD sight enables full enslavement capabilities. The gun is capable of firing a full range of NATO standard ammunition including high-explosive (HE), tracer, practice and others.
