Cyclone, a sole-source supplier for Boeing 787, manufactures NWW Doors, Sec. 41 and 47 Cargo Floor Beams for all variants. Production peaked at 14 shipsets monthly, now ramping up. In 2017, Cyclone added 787-8 Passenger floor I-Beams to its portfolio.

Global 5000/6000 belly fairing – Cyclone provides the belly fairing composite panels for the Bombardier Aerospace Global 5000 and Global 6000, both kits consist of dozens of complex composite panels, most of which bonded structures with honeycomb cores.
Winglets
In 2007 Cyclone was awarded by Textron Aviation a long-term contract for Beechcraft King Air 360 Winglets. So far, we have supplied over 525 shipsets and production is on-going at a rate of 5 shipsets a month
Access Doors
Cyclone has manufactured, for almost 20 years, through Daher (Triumph / Vaught in the past) access doors for the 747 (until end of manufacturing of this platform).
NWW Access Covers
For over three decades we have been manufacturing, as a sole source, 737 NWW access covers directly for Boeing for the 737 programs (Classic, NG and now Max), and while ramping up production, Cyclone maintain top quality and 100% on time delivery.
737 Doors
Including Aft Entry Door, Fwd. & Aft Galley Doors, and Fwd. & Aft Cargo Doors.
We supplied over 2,225 shipsets (or 11,000 doors).
Blocker Doors
Cyclone was awarded a long-term contract for the manufacturing of the 737 Trust Reverse Blocker Doors. This project involved integration of composite panel and metal hinges. Cyclone was the sole source for this product and supplied over 6000 blocker door kits in a rate of 140 kits per month
