A small, powerful personal survival radio with extended operation capabilities, the PRC-434G/CS features an embedded GPS receiver and two-way messaging capability. The advanced system is ideal for applications in combat and non-combat environments and is interoperable with airborne Personnel Locator Systems and other NATO SAR systems to provide quick, accurate location and rescue information for searching forces.

- A battery monitoring circuit, embedded in the battery pack, includes a “fuel gage” alerting the operator about the remaining capacity or hours of operation.
