4x4 Extreme Off-Road Highly Protected AFV
The COMBATGUARD is a high-speed Armored Fighting Vehicle (AFV) with highly protected and extreme off-road capabilities. The unique AFV enables efficient operation in a wide range of combat missions and rough terrains.
The high-performance 4x4 AFV can hold a fully equipped crew of six to eight fighters.
Multi-mission high performance vehicle: COMBATGUARD can be equipped with various weapons systems and Remote Controlled Weapon Stations (RCWS). The vehicle supports optional installation of Elbit Systems’ “Bright
Arrow”, a combat-proven combined active protection system (APS) with RCWS.
High level of protection: Featuring a fully protected rigid and efficient monocoque structure capsule, the COMBATGUARD’s protection level complies with STANAG 4569 level 3 for the hull and level 3a for the bottom. The ballistic windows include firing portholes in rear doors. Other levels of protection are available according to customers' requests and threat scenarios.
