Elbit Systems Ltd. announced that on March 20 2025 the Company filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the "2024 Annual Report") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The 2024 Annual Report can be viewed or downloaded at the Company's website at https://www.elbitsystems.com/investor-relations In addition, the Company will provide shareholders with a hard copy of the 2024 Annual Report upon request, free of charge.
