SKYLENS displays high-resolution information, images and video on a head-up high-transparency visor, providing helicopter pilots with superior see-through transmission.
SKYLENS is packed in a lightweight, easy-to-install device, and fits the pilot like a pair of sunglasses. Operational day or night, in all
weather conditions, SKYLENS enhances operational freedom and contributes to mission safety by enabling “Eyes Out” operation
during all phases of flight.
The innovative concept of SKYLENS is based on Elbit Systems’ 30 years of experience in the field of helmet-mounted displays (HMD), with over 10,000 operational systems in service and more than two million operational hours to date. The SKYLENS technology is fully proven for use in an airborne environment, having successfully completed multiple flight tests.
